We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, reliable security solutions, and a positive experience for every customer we serve.We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and helping prospective customers get started with their security systems. For individuals who enjoy helping people and identifying customer needs, there is an opportunity to earn commission by converting incoming inquiries into basic alarm system sales.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with basic alarm activations and account setup
- Schedule service appointments, installations, and customer visits
- Collect and process customer payments securely over the phone
- Enter and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM software
- Follow established scripts and procedures for:
- Basic alarm system inquiries
- Scheduling requests
- Service calls
- Payment processing
- Customer account setup
- Cancellation requests
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on security solutions and convert qualified inquiries into sales opportunities
- Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication records
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, administrative, or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and experience entering information into software systems
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset
- Experience processing payments or handling financial transactions is a plus
