About the Role
We are hiring dependable On-Call Cleaning Technicians to provide coverage when team members are absent, new accounts begin, or additional support is needed.
This is not a regularly scheduled position. You will be assigned specific on-call days and contacted when work becomes available and will need to be present when called. A time frame will be given so you can plan accordingly.
Reliable team members may be offered permanent part-time or full-time hours within 30–60 days based on performance and availability.
This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible income, a second job, or an opportunity to transition into steady hours.
On-Call Pay
On-call shifts are paid at time-and-a-half (1.5× your standard hourly rate) to compensate for schedule flexibility and short-notice assignments.
Example: If your base rate is $16/hour, on-call shifts pay $22.50/hour.
How On-Call Scheduling Works

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning at client locations
