We are hiring 10 Production Line Workers to join our team, First and Second shifts available. Entry level production floor positions involve disassembling and reassembling distribution transformers with basic hand tools. Must be able to complete work orders in required time frame. We are willing to hire and train inexperienced employees who are motivated to put in a good day's work and meet our production demands. All of our skilled staff were promoted from within the company, many growth opportunities available for those who excel. We are always looking to promote employees who take the extra initiative and help improve our company.
Hours 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs 1st shift, 4:30pm-3am 2nd shift, overtime available on Fridays.
60 Day Introductory Period. Evaluation of a performance based raise is made at the end of the introductory period.
