Partner with leadership to support new hire orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training.
- Conduct skill assessments, provide feedback, and track training progress.
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and learning solutions while promoting safety.
- Support hiring processes, conduct interviews, and train across all shifts as needed.
