Duties
- Engage with customers through outside sales efforts to promote products and services effectively
- Assist in managing inventory control and inventory management processes to ensure stock accuracy and availability
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support retail sales activities at the front desk, including handling transactions and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Conduct public speaking engagements and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, reporting, and maintaining organized records of sales activities and inventory levels
- Develop strong negotiation skills by interacting with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms and build lasting relationships
Qualifications
- Previous experience or interest in outside sales, retail sales, or customer service is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and administrative tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and public speaking capabilities
- Experience in retail customer service, maintenance of front desk operations, or retail management is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
