Delivery Associate
Pay: $20.5 - $23 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

No delivery experience required.
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll drive an Amazon branded vehicle, delivering 200-300 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Delivery Driver Wages
· $20.50 per hour Base Pay
- Up to $23.00 per hour (based on performance)

Delivery Driver Requirements
· Must have a positive attitude
- Must be reliable and a team player
· Be 21 years of age or older
· Must consent to drug screening
· Hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history
· Appropriately handle stressful driving conditions
· Lift up to 50 pounds during an 8 to 10-hour work shift
· Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat/bend/kneel, climb in/out of delivery van
· Able to work 4-5 days a week up to 10-hours day & on weekends/holidays when scheduled
· Amazon FLEX Experience Preferred but not required
· Military experience highly desired
Delivery Driver Responsibilities
· Always maintain a positive attitude
· Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
· Conduct yourself in a highly ethical manner at all times
· Show excellent attention to detail, solving problems independently using critical thinking skills
· Load, unload, and deliver packages safely, undamaged and punctually
· Work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, maintains delivery schedule rhythm with up to 200 daily stops
· Perform daily vehicle inspections (tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, water, etc).
· Operate handheld technology to manage the delivery process
