We are looking to add another team member to the kill floor team at Western Heritage Meat Company. This person will be primarily responsible for trimming and cleaning the carcass upon start. This person will be taught additional steps and duties as employment progresses. This person must be able to work on his/her feet in hot or cold conditions and be physically capable of regularly lifting 50-70 pounds. Western Heritage Meat Company is a USDSA inspected meat processing plant located in Sheridan, Wyoming. We process beef, pork, lamb, goat, yak, and bison.
