- Train to install all types of indoor and outdoor signs.
- Train to operate a CNC router, and other fabrication tools and machines.
- Finish and apply vinyl and graphics to various surfaces.
- Work with customers in person and on the telephone in a professional manner.
- Maintain machinery including computers, plotters, printers and tools.
- Complete administrative and production flow paperwork as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and stocking.
- Survey job sites, gather measurements and information for installation
- Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5 Design (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) not required, but is a plus.
- Comfortable with internet and social media navigation and usage.
- Good driving record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solver.
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to lift moderately heavy items, and climb, pull-push, and twist.
- Able to climb ladders stairs, dig holes
