Summary
As an HVAC Mechanic at KRC, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance in our clients' facilities. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality services and creating reliable environments for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for diagnosing electrical issues.
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to address facility needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all operations.
- Document service calls and repairs accurately for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices is essential.
- Experience with appliance repair is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC operations.
- EPA 608 required.
