Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Fertilizer Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our dry fertilizer division. This role is essential to keeping our inventory organized, our team supported, and our customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities/Qualifications
· Schedule deliveries to our customers
· Print delivery receipts and load slips
· Maintain customer relationships
· Support sales staff with product logistics and customer service
· Lead, direct and train team members as needed
· Coordinate unloading of agricultural inputs
· Coordinate loading of customer pick ups
· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
· Assist Plant Manager in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
· Strong organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities
· Ability to read maps
· Excellent math abilities
· Basic computer skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Self-motivated
· Able to work independently

· Heavy equipment operating

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
