The Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy is seeking a Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator for its Online Master of Public Affairs program. This graduate program is designed for working professionals and delivered in a hybrid format that combines online coursework with two in-person residency weekends in Ann Arbor. The Recruitment & Enrollment Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and admitted students, leading recruitment, enrollment, and admissions operations while helping grow a high-quality online graduate program.

Recruitment & Enrollment Management (60%)
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective and admitted students throughout the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment process
- Advise prospective students through appointments, webinars, events, and other recruitment activities
- Coordinate admissions operations, applicant communications, and application review
- Plan and support recruitment, admissions, and yield events
- Manage admissions records, workflows, and communications in Salesforce and related CRM platforms
- Analyze recruitment and enrollment data to improve recruitment and yield strategies
Recruitment Strategy & Communications (20%)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment communications and marketing strategies
- Maintain recruitment materials, admissions webpages, email communications, and digital recruitment content
- Develop and manage prospective student communication campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop recruitment strategies that broaden the program's reach and attract a talented applicant pool from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences
Program Support (20%)
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and Student Engagement Advisor to coordinate onboarding and orientation for newly admitted students
- Support scholarship review, admissions-related financial aid coordination, and yield initiatives
- Partner with the Program Manager to evaluate and improve recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes
- Partner with the program team to plan and support a minimum of two in-person residency weekends in Ann Arbor each academic year, including occasional evening and weekend responsibilities
- Assist with program events and other strategic initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of experience in graduate admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or student affairs
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with colleagues across teams and departments
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage recruitment and admissions activities
- Experience interpreting and applying admissions policies, procedures, and FERPA requirements
- Experience analyzing recruitment or enrollment data to support decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and improve recruitment processes

This position follows a standard Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evening and weekend work to support recruitment activities and two annual residency weekends.
