Job Requirements:
Required experiences:
- Must have at least twelve years of experience as a CI/HUMINT targeting officer OR a bachelor’s degree and completion of a foundational targeting course including: Joint CI-HUMINT Analytical Targeting Course (JCHATC), Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)/HUMINT Targeting Tradecraft Seminar (HTTS), or other Intelligence Community (IC) Targeting Officer certification.
- Must have a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in one or more areas: China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
- Must have experience using multiple intelligence disciplines in the planning and execution of analytic support to counterintelligence activities.
- Experience supporting joint/interagency operations is preferred.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a high-operational-tempo environment.
Required education:
- High School Diploma- 30 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Associate’s degree- 24 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree- 22 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Master’s degree- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Security Clearance:
- Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
