About the Role
As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will serve as a critical partner in maintaining operational excellence by diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems. You will play a vital role in maximizing equipment uptime and ensuring the seamless performance of our production facility through expert technical intervention and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities-
Analyze and resolve issues within mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems by interpreting technical schematics.

Execute repairs on conveyors, fixtures, and industrial machinery to restore peak performance.

Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and diagnostic checks to optimize equipment longevity.

Manage industrial control systems to ensure consistent and reliable production output.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement repairs safely and efficiently.

Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders to maintain accurate facility records.

Uphold rigorous safety standards, including proper machine operation and the consistent use of personal protective equipment.
Qualifications-
4+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance or technical field.

Proven ability to interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers, bore gauges, and dial indicators.

Competence in operating shop equipment including lathes, mills, and mechanical presses.

Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical training initiatives.

6+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing or packaging environments.

Advanced knowledge of VFDs, servo motors, and PLC communication systems.

Technical expertise in HVAC systems, chillers, and industrial air compressors.

Fabrication proficiency, including MIG, TIG, or stick welding.

Experience with specialized bottling or plastics processing machinery.

Deep understanding of 480VAC and 24VDC electrical power systems.
