We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and enjoys providing outstanding customer service while supporting daily operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information in the company's Atlas moving software, tracking and following up on critical paperwork, and serving as a point of contact for drivers to ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with both internal staff and drivers throughout the day.

Accurately enter and update information using the Atlas moving platform.

Follow up with drivers to obtain missing paperwork and required documentation.

Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness before processing.

Maintain organized electronic and physical records.

Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and internal departments.

Provide exceptional customer service while resolving documentation and administrative issues.

Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Assist with scheduling, filing, data verification, and other office support tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).

Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

Excellent data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

Previous customer service experience is required.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in a medical office, medical billing, trucking company, moving company, logistics office, or transportation environment is highly preferred.

Experience with administrative support, documentation management, or dispatch operations is a plus.
