Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and assembly to ensure timely service and quality standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Follow strict sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing and transactions
- Support food safety management practices by adhering to all health regulations and reporting any concerns
- Restock supplies, utensils, and ingredients as needed to keep the workspace organized and efficient
- Collaborate with team members across different roles to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic food safety principles is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is a plus
