We are hiring Manufacturing Associates for a leading precision manufacturer serving the medical, aerospace, and defense industries. No manufacturing experience is required—paid training is provided. We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Candidates with experience as a Manufacturing Associate, Production Associate, Assembly Associate, Machine Operator, Production Operator, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Packaging Associate, General Laborer, or Retail Associate are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment following established work instructions
- Load and unload materials throughout the manufacturing process
- Assist with cleaning, coating, developing, and finishing operations
- Inspect products for quality and identify defects
- Package and prepare finished products for the next stage of production
- Complete basic production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all quality standards and safety procedures
- Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
Requirements
- No manufacturing experience required—paid training provided
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, aprons, and protective footwear
- Ability to work in manufacturing areas with heat, noise, and industrial equipment
- Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-compliant manufacturing environment
