Hours: 9:00 AM-4:00/5:00 PM. Weekends and some week days. Must have reliable transportation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Assist all guests in a sincere, professional, and courteous manner, whenever possible going above and beyond the call of duty to do whatever it takes to ensure absolute guest satisfaction.
· Thoroughly and correctly cleans and sets up guest rooms according to Franchise and Veridea Group operational policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Completes checkouts in 45 minutes or less. Completes stayovers in 15 minutes or less.
· Communicates with immediate supervisor promptly and accurately also provides potential solutions to any problems noticed.
· Ensures that guest issues, whether housekeeping or otherwise, are dealt with appropriately. If outside his/her bounds of authority, promptly brings the matter to the attention of hotel management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong cleaning and floor care skills
- Familiarity with janitorial and industrial cleaning practices
- Ability to manage housekeeping tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
