About the Role
Ready to lead without getting buried in administrative work? We're partnering with a well-established outpatient clinic in Oxnard, CA to find a skilled, motivated Physical Therapist who wants to step into a leadership role, not just a clinical one. In this position, you'll oversee a small team of PTAs and aides (1-2 at most), shape the direction of patient care, and grow your management skills, all without taking on the administrative burden that usually comes with a leadership title. If you want the influence and mentorship of a leadership role while staying focused on patients rather than paperwork, this is built for you. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
