We are looking for an experienced Lead Cabinet Installer or Two-Man Crew specializing in high-end residential cabinetry.
Requirements
- 3+ years of cabinet installation experience.
- Install custom and semi-custom kitchen, bath, closet, and built-in cabinetry.
- Accurately scribe, cut, and install crown molding, fillers, panels, toe kicks, and finish trim with tight tolerances.
- Lift and carry 50–100 lbs safely.
- Read cabinet layouts and install to professional quality standards.
- Comfortable using table saws, miter saws, track saws, lasers, and common installation tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, project managers, and designers.
- Solve installation issues independently.
- Arrive on time, work efficiently, and take pride in craftsmanship.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, Active LLC, insured and workers comp or exemption required.
Preferred
- Own installation tools.
- Ability to travel locally to job sites around Panama City and surrounding areas.
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and productivity.
Pay: $300.00 - $800.00 per day
