Schedule
This is an hourly role, 5 days a week. No weekends.
Responsibilities/Requirements
This is a full-time position.
A valid driver’s license is required along with a good driving record.
Ford training is preferred but not required.
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and satisfaction
Organize and prepare for daily mobile service appointments
Travel to customer homes and workplaces in a Mobile Service van
Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders
Complete basic service work and recall repairs efficiently and accurately
Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors
Accurately document all repairs and work performed on repair orders
Stay current on Ford technical bulletins and complete required training
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the mobile service vehicle
