We are seeking reliable and hardworking Truck Loaders to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading freight, ensuring accurate order handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and efficient manner
- Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Stack, organize, and secure products to prevent damage during transport
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as sorting, labeling, and staging freight
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50–75 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment
- Physically active role involving standing, lifting, bending, and walking
- May work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions
Pay: $25.50 - $30.70 per hour
