Part time assistant manager job for 2 to 3 days a week at two of our self storage location located in Cloverleaf (East Houston) and Pasadena TX.
Responsibility
- Open the business and office during office hour, answer phone calls, customer service
- Rent storage units, payment collection, manage customer move-ins / move-outs
- Walkaround and check the facility. coordinate with repairman for repair needs
Experience
- Previous manager experience in retail sales or customer service environments is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively but not required
- Prior self storage or property management / leasing experience is a plus but not required
- Basic computer skills
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
