Job Summary
Careview Transitional Care of Weston is seeking a friendly and dependable Hairdresser/Beautician to provide on-site salon services to our residents on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys working with seniors and creating a positive, uplifting experience. Services are paid directly by residents, allowing you to manage your own bookings and earnings.
Provide hair services including cuts, styling, shampoos, and basic chemical services as desired
Build relationships with residents to encourage repeat business
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon/work area
Manage appointment scheduling and collect payments directly from residents
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Coordinate with facility staff to ensure a smooth and respectful resident experience
Current Cosmetology license in good standing (state required)
Experience working with seniors preferred, but not required
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Reliable and consistent availability
Residents pay directly for services rendered
