Position Overview
Rome’s Joy Companies is seeking a professional and service-driven Part-Time Member Services & Hospitality Coordinator to support daily operations, hospitality services, and member engagement. This role is ideal for an individual with strong customer service skills, bartending experience, administrative abilities, and a passion for creating welcoming community experiences.
The Member Services & Hospitality Coordinator will support front-of-house operations by providing exceptional hospitality service, managing member interactions, assisting with administrative responsibilities, and maintaining a professional and organized environment.
This position plays a key role in enhancing the member experience by ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate administrative support, and a high standard of hospitality.
Coordinator Responsibilities
- Open facility operations according to established procedures
- Prepare hospitality areas for daily member and guest service
- Provide professional bartending and beverage service
- Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining quality and consistency
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of hospitality areas
- Support events, gatherings, and special programming as needed
- Operate the POS system to process member purchases and card transactions accurately
- Assist members with purchases, payments, and transaction-related questions
Member Experience & Operational Impact

- Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule Expectations
- Schedule varies based on business operations, member needs, and events
- Must be available for opening shifts, occasional evenings, weekends, and special events
- Flexibility required to support changing operational priorities
- Must maintain a dependable and professional presence during scheduled shifts
Pay: From $17.05 per hour
