- 7+ years of progressive operations leadership with demonstrated P&L accountability

Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site fleet operations (500+ vehicles preferred; larger fleet exposure strongly valued)

Demonstrated success leading teams of 20+ employees across geographically distributed locations, including management of managers

Experience in facilities and/or warehouse operations management with multi-location oversight

Background in DOT/FMCSA compliance, fleet maintenance program development, and vendor management

Track record of implementing operational process improvements with measurable results

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred

Valid driver's license with clean driving record required — in accordance with Flagger Force MVR standards

Lean Six Sigma, PMP, NAFA, ASE, or equivalent professional certifications a plus

Proven experience overseeing and managing multi-site operations across geographically dispersed locations, ensuring operational consistency and efficiency.
