Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all BMW models, technology, and competitors.
- Customer Education: Explain and demonstrate features (iDrive, driver-assistance systems) in the showroom and during test drives.
- Vehicle Delivery: Guide customers through the final handover of their new vehicle, ensuring they understand all functionality.
- Technology Setup: Assist clients with pairing phones, setting up Bluetooth, and installing/configuring the BMW App.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with Client Advisors to facilitate vehicle configurations and smooth the sales process.
- Post-Sale Support: Act as a resource for clients, answering questions after the purchase (Encore delivery).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to explain complex technology simply.
- Enthusiasm: High-energy, customer-centric attitude.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate advanced automotive technology.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Working Conditions
