Boulder Country Club is searching for an experienced Saute Chef to join our team. $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain the station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Requirements:
- line cook: 2 years (Preferred)
- Will be required to work weekends & summer holidays
- ServSafe Certified is preferred
- Other food handler certificates are accepted
- A positive attitude and team player mentality is preferred
- References and a working interview are required

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day as business dictates
- Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music, customer and team member traffic.
