- Average First Year Earnings: $90,000 to $110,000
- Second-Year Earnings: $110,000 to $150,000+
- Top Earners: $150,000+
- Early Stage Earnings: $3,500 to $5,000 per month within your first few months
- Income Growth: Many reps increase earnings by $1,000 or more per month as their pipeline grows and their closing skills improve
