Packaging Associate
SUMMARY
GlockStore is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our warehouse team. This hands-on role focuses primarily on the accurate and efficient packaging of products for shipment. You will package, assemble, label, and prepare thousands of items daily while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Most Packaging Associates have a primary focus on packaging but will support other warehouse functions (pick/pack, shipping, receiving) as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Package individual and bulk products into zip lock bags by hand (10 to 10,000 pieces per batch).
- Staple logo cards onto packaged products by hand (quantities ranging from 1 to 10,000 pieces).
- Assemble kits for final packaging.
- Operate shrink wrap heater machines to properly secure packaged goods.
- Assemble shipping boxes and custom packaging for products.
- Assemble DVD cases with correct labels and insert cards, then heat seal by hand.
- Spot check products to verify they match label and invoice information.
- Use dummy blue guns and empty magazines for product testing during packaging.
- Maintain clear, legible penmanship when documenting packaged items.
- Build FedEx, USPS, and custom shipping boxes.
- Occasionally assist in shipping and other warehouse areas as needed.
- Lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly, throughout the shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Long periods of standing is required. You should be able to read English and enjoy working with others. We are a fast-paced business shipping 800-2,000 orders per day.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- High sense of urgency attention to detail – accuracy is a must!
- Must have great organizational skills.
