Position Summary Support lead technicians on residential installs. On‑the‑job training provided; we want motivated, coachable candidates who aim to run installs independently over time.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with installation of smart home systems and components
- Set up and wire light fixtures, TVs, speakers, network gear, cameras, and other devices
- Run cables, prep job sites, mount and lift equipment
- Load/unload, organize, and care for tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform post‑job cleanup
- Track tools, manage packaging/waste, and help keep projects on schedule
- Learn system basics and best practices for career growth
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about developing skills in electrical diagnostics, equipment repair, and field service work.
- Reliable transportation; arrive at shop on time
- Clean background check and drug‑free (required for alarm/system work)
- Smoke‑free lifestyle
- Professional appearance and client‑friendly attitude
- Good listener, team player, and able to follow instructions
- Self‑starter willing to put in extra time to learn
- Must know how to use hand and power tools

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
