THIS IS ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS:
- MORNING - 10 HOUR SHIFT - 7AM - 5PM (NO FLEXIBILITY)
- MORNING - 8 HOUR SHIFT - 7AM - 3PM (NO FLEXIBILITY)
- EVENING - 8 HOUR SHIFT - 3PM - 11PM (NO FLEXIBILITY)
- OVERNIGHT - 8 HOUR SHIFT - 11PM - 7AM (NO FLEXIBILITY)
- NO DAYLIGHTS!!!
This is a monitoring and dispatch role, NOT A PHYSICAL GUARD POSITION. The job involves observing systems, identifying problems, and contacting the appropriate authorities when needed.
OVERVIEW:
- THIS POSITION IS ENTIRELY ON-SITE. IF YOU SEEK REMOTE OR HYBRID THEN DO NOT APPLY.
- CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH WEEKEND DAYS (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, NO EXCEPTIONS OR FLEXIBILITY!!!)
- CANDIDATES MUST MONITOR MULTIPLE SECURITY CAMERAS AND ALARM SYSTEMS ON A COMPUTER FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
- YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WRITING INCIDENT REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT AND CLIENTS ON A COMPUTER.
- THIS POSITION INVOLVES WORKING IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH LOUD ALARMS, BRIGHT SCREENS, AND OCCASIONAL FLASHING LIGHTS FROM SECURITY ALARMS.

Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- 21+ years of age.
- Post-secondary education within Criminal Justice or related field a plus!

- This role involves monitoring multiple security cameras and alarm systems on a computer for long periods of time. Are you comfortable sitting at a workstation and maintaining focus on screens for extended periods?

- This position involves working in a monitoring center with loud alarms, bright screens, and occasional flashing lights from security alerts. Are you comfortable working in that type of environment?
