PAY:
- Structural/Fitters: $28–$30/hr.
SCHEDULE:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Night Shift: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM

We are seeking a skilled Structural Fitter / Flux Core Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. This role involves assembling, fitting, and welding metal components with precision, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for fitting, fabricating, and welding structural steel components used to build platforms and support structures for large industrial machinery used in semiconductor chip manufacturing. Duties include reading blueprints and fabrication drawings, measuring and aligning structural components, performing Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), and ensuring precise fit-up and weld quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- The position requires a strong focus on precision, quality control, and dimensional accuracy,
- preparation of welds that may be subject to X-ray/radiographic inspection.
- Work involves assembling and installing steel platforms, supports, frames, and related structures .
- Must be comfortable working with heavy structural materials, welding equipment, hand and power tools, and following detailed specifications and procedures.
