Job Summary
The Clinical Therapist (LSW) is responsible for providing high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community partners to support emotional wellness, resilience, and long-term recovery.
As a member of Bridge Integrative Health, the Clinical Therapist contributes to a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence, accessibility, whole-person care, and meaningful community partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to support coordinated care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, regulatory, and payer requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as clinically indicated.
- Support a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and whole-person wellness.
- Contribute to the growth of specialized services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Foster strong therapeutic relationships that promote resilience, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
Experience
At least one year experience providing therapeutic services to individual.
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
