We are seeking a reliable Excavator Operator & Laborer to support excavation, grading, trenching, and general construction activities. This role combines equipment operation with hands-on labor to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform trenching, grading, digging, backfilling, and site preparation work.
- Assist with general labor tasks, including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job site requirements.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, crew members, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Experience operating excavators and construction equipment.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of excavation, utility, and site development practices preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to safety.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods.
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Varies by project site
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
