Start your manufacturing career today! Twin City Staffing is hiring foundry production associates for a growing foundry in Fridley, MN. Multiple openings are available across several departments on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience with training provided and overtime available.
Location: Fridley, MN
Pay: $17 per hour (starting wage)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. Overtime available

Duties of the foundry production associate:
- Create molds and cores using sand, patterns, and rollover machines
- Read and follow process sheets and work instructions
- Operate overhead hoists, hand tools, and manufacturing equipment
- Spray, coat, and dry molds and cores as required
- Operate and maintain furnaces; weigh, melt, and pour metal
- Saw, torch, grind, weld, and inspect castings throughout production
Requirements of the foundry production associate:
- Ability to wear a respirator and required PPE throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
