Job Description:
A DSP Staff is a caregiver who assists individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, providing support with activities like personal care, communication, and community participation. It's a crucial role which aims to enhance the quality of life for those with disabilities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience working with the DD population.
- First Aid/CPR.
- Clean MVR (7 years).
- Maintains current driver’s license.
- Must have a positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
Competency
- Fluent in the written and spoken English language
- Basic computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm
Work Location: In person
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
