We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Operating Room team in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The RN will provide safe, high-quality perioperative care, assist with surgical procedures, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.

- Experience: 2+ Years Required
- Pay Rate: $45.00–$50.00 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and quality nursing care to OR patients.
- Assist with surgical procedures and support the surgical team.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes or emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Follow facility safety, infection-control, and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current New Mexico RN or Compact State RN license.
- BLS Certification required or obtained within 2 weeks of hire.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- OR/perioperative experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Must meet all facility and credentialing requirements.
