About the Role
As an hourly Technician, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. You will also conduct multi-point inspections to identify additional service needs. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in keeping the service bay clean, efficient, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Light Maintenance: Conduct oil and filter changes, rotate tires, and replace components such as air/cabin filters and wiper blades. Lubricate moving parts as required.

Conduct Inspections: Perform thorough multi-point inspections, check tire pressure, and inspect/top off vehicle fluids.

Communication: Clearly document all work on repair orders and report findings or additional service needs to service advisors.

Customer Care: Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and notify service advisors of any changes to the vehicle's appearance or condition.

Safety & Maintenance: Keep the shop area tidy, follow all safety and hazardous waste disposal procedures, and report safety issues immediately.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and ability to meet company motor vehicle report standards.

Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we value an aptitude for learning and a dedication to improving technical skills.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to use basic hand tools.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Continuous time standing and walking.

Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, with occasional need to lift up to 100 lbs.

Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling.

Work is performed primarily indoors but includes exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, fumes, and chemicals.
