Per Diem Pediatric ER RNs needed in Newak, NJ!
- Shift Details: 12-hour night shifts available
- Pay Rate:$73/hr.
Job Requirements:
- 1.5 Peds ED experience
- Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SKILLS
- General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Pediatric Emergency Department
- Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of 12 Lead EKG, Interpretation of cardiac dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
- Isolation Precautions/PPE; IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Central line care/management
UNIT DETAILS
- Unit Details: Dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department, separate from the Main ED, caring exclusively for pediatric patients, and may manage pediatric holding patients. The overall Emergency Department includes 73 total beds (inclusive of pediatrics and fast track) and a 19-bed Rapid Decision Unit.
- Charting: EPIC experience required
