Pay & Benefits
Compensation
- $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do
As a Pet Care & Retail Sales Associate, you'll help ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Educating pet parents on pet food, nutrition, treats, toys, supplements, and other premium products.
- Providing personalized product recommendations based on each pet's needs.
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with questions.
- Scheduling and confirming grooming appointments.
- Calling customers when grooming appointments are complete.
- Processing retail purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Receiving, stocking, organizing, pricing, and rotating inventory.
- Maintaining attractive merchandise displays and fully stocked shelves.
- Helping manage inventory and receiving deliveries.
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Working closely with the grooming team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable answering phones while assisting customers in a busy environment.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for animals and helping pet parents make informed decisions.
- Willingness to learn about pet nutrition, products, and services through our training program.
