Performs duties in the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures, PM. be able to work in hot area, willing to travel.

Are you a skilled technician who enjoys variety in your workday? Our McDonald's franchise group is seeking a dedicated Electrician/HVAC Maintenance Technician to oversee the equipment and facilities at our restaurants in Philadelphia, Reimbursement, and Dresher.
We aren't just looking for someone who can follow a manual; we want a problem-solver who is proficient with hand tools and has a genuine "hunger" to learn how to service specialized commercial kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical & HVAC and Refrigeration: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC units, electrical systems, and commercial kitchen wiring.
General Maintenance: Troubleshooting issues with various restaurant equipment using a wide array of hand and power tools.
Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to master the maintenance of new, high-tech kitchen hardware as we upgrade our stores.
Multi-Site Support: Travel between Multiple locations in Philadelphia, PA, NJ to ensure all facilities are running at peak performance.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: Strong background in Electrical work or HVAC
Tool Mastery: You should be highly comfortable and precise with hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn new systems; we will provide the training on our specific equipment, but you provide the aptitude.
Reliability: A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to move between sites.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
