As a Customer Care Associate at All Things Pawssible, you will help to oversee the front of house performance of a pet care business that includes doggie day care, dog boarding and retail. The position is Monday-Friday from 10:30am-7:00pm.
The right candidate will possess the following:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and value client relationships
· Be detail oriented in a fast-paced work environment
· An ability to work well within a team
· Be able to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented
· Be comfortable working with both people and dogs
· Proficient in basic computer skills
· Open to learning our professional software for Doggie Day Care and Boarding
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Utilizing self-management skills to perform a variety of routine clerical, reception and office support functions such as answering phones, emails and customer contact forms.
· Use our professional software to schedule dogs for daycare and boarding as well as scheduling assessments for new dogs
· Greet clients and visitors
· Assist with sending dogs home from daycare and boarding
· Update and maintain client information in Kennel Connection
· Verify incoming merchandise and enter into inventory
· Run payments for services
· Maintain the cleanliness of the front of the building (including rest room and living room)
