The Warehouse Associate will prepare and process outbound shipments, which includes verifying orders, packaging items, labeling packages, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate shipping records.
Essential Functions
- Process, fill, and package customer orders accurately per department SOPs.
- Complete consolidations per flight schedules.
- Ship documents prepared per department SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory levels of all finished goods in electronic and paper-based systems.
- Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.).
- Ability to execute special projects as assigned.
- Ensure a safe and quality working environment through training, awareness, and compliance to safety guidelines and SOPs.
- Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
- Execute warehousing functions as assigned including cycle counting, order fulfillment, and receiving as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- One or more years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or distribution is required.
- Preferred experience within a logistics or customer service role.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good hands on, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and with others to accomplish goals and priorities.
- Flexibility and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- PC based distribution management & inventory systems.
- High level of energy and regular consistent attendance.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
