Duties
- Engage with customers in retail stores or on the road to promote products, upsell services, and build lasting relationships
- Maintain and reach sales goals.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing inquiries, and providing detailed information about features and benefits
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields; retail store experience is highly valued
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and stand for 4-6 hour shifts
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Familiarity with merchandising standards and organizational skills for maintaining displays
