Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive high-quality business-to-business (B2B) leads through innovative digital strategies. This role is focused on generating high-quality B2B leads for service-based offerings across North America.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can quickly understand our target market, launch campaigns, and deliver measurable results. The right candidate will have a strong track record of building and optimizing lead generation funnels and consistently driving qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end digital lead generation strategies
- Generate qualified B2B leads through channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, email campaigns, and outbound efforts
- Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion strategies
- Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICP) across North America
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and continuously improve results
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaign goals
- Provide regular reporting on lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B lead generation for service-based or SaaS businesses
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and outbound/email marketing
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and ROI
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with startups or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of SaaS, IT services, or digital agency business models
