As a key member of dealership leadership, you'll oversee all aspects of the finance department, build strong lender relationships, mentor finance professionals, and help create a seamless experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
- Lead the dealership's finance department and drive overall profitability
- Oversee deal structuring, lender approvals, and funding processes
- Develop and execute finance strategies that support dealership goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements
- Coach and develop finance team members to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
- Partner with sales leadership to improve processes, profitability, and customer experience
- Present and support the sale of finance and protection products
- Monitor financial reporting, deal accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Stay current on industry trends, lending practices, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, or Finance Director
- Strong understanding of dealership finance operations, compliance, and lender relations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Track record of achieving profitability and performance goals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with dealership management and finance software platforms
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
