Prestigious Private Country Club in lower Westchester looking for a full-time Summer Line Cook from Wednesday through Sunday. Must be professional, creative and motivated.
· Prior Line Cook experience; Broiler/Grill and Sauté; Grande Manger
· Strong plating presentation
· Good communication skills
· Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
· Food sanitation certification
· Passion for culinary arts

Responsibilities
· Gather and set up all equipment needed for shift
· Must have sanitizing solution and cloth towels on station
· Review checklist and write prep list for shift
· Arrange list by most important items first
· All preparation must be dated, rotated and seasoned properly
· All dishes must be set up according to specifications (proper portions, clean dishes and taste)
· Prepare wholesome and healthy employee meal for team members
· Area must be kept clean and organized at all times
· Develop prep list for following day
· Clean all equipment and work area, make list of need items and give to Sous Chef
