A Key Holder is responsible for overseeing the store operations of the store, training and development of new team members, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, providing excellence customer service, selling, restocking, meeting and exceed sales goals, and assisting the Management team.
Job Requirements:
· Welcome every customer that enters the gallery.
· Deliver excellent customer service.
· Resolve customer service opportunities with professionalism and in a timely manner .
· Lead by example on the sales floor and follows all company policies and procedures.
· Communicate selling features, benefits and values of gallery merchandise.
· Ensure all gallery opening and closing duties are performed accurately, timely, and according to Fireworks standards.
· Partner with the Management team to execute, achieve and exceed the goals of the gallery.
· Accurately execute operational tasks such as ringing sales, receiving stock, shipping merchandise and maintaining the look of the gallery.
· Engage in Loss Prevention through excellent customer service and gallery awareness.
· Handle difficult situations with professionalism and respect for all involved.
· Delegate tasks to the Sales team.
· Participate in special store functions as directed by the management team; such as floor sets, store meetings and physical inventory.
· Any other responsibilities as assigned by management team.
· Work on special projects as needed.
