We are hiring a full-time CDL-A driver for FedEx Ground linehaul runs to start as soon as possible. Evening dispatch. Home every morning.
This position would operate the same route 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to add longer routes when other drivers are taking PTO.
This is not a delivery or over-the-road driver job. You pull trailers between terminals. Your trailer is already loaded when you arrive. Drop it. Hook your return. Drive home. That's it.
Your truck: You operate a dedicated Freightliner Cascadia—one driver, one truck. Automatic transmission. Well-maintained.
What a typical night looks like:
- Arrive at yard
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspection on your dedicated truck
- Pick up a pre-loaded trailer—no touch freight
- Dispatch between 8-10pm, depending on assigned route
- Drop and hook at destination
- Return run—home before morning
- Same route, same truck, same schedule

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- HazMat and doubles/triples endorsement
- 1 year of verifiable driving experience in past 3 years, OR 5 years in past 10
- Clean driving record — no DUI, reckless driving, or suspended license in past 3 years
- Must be 21+ and pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Comfortable with night dispatch
