What You'll Do
As a General Assembly A, you'll assemble a variety of products and components while ensuring they meet Nigrelli's high standards for quality and performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble AquaAir units, large horsepower fountain units, fixed base units, custom units, and other assemblies using engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Build subassemblies, including wiring harnesses, ALC disconnects, and specialty components.
- Process production jobs in the ERP system for inventory management.
- Diagnose, disassemble, test, and rebuild compressors while working with Product Services.
- Verify engineering drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs), communicating discrepancies and recommended changes.
- Perform serial matching of parts and assemblies.
- Engrave and assemble nozzles as needed.
- Assemble custom and non-stock units based on production demands.
- Assist with repairs by replacing components on larger units as needed.
- Transport completed assemblies to Quality Inspection, Shipping, or storage using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Train and provide guidance to General Assembly B team members.
- Support other production departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds independently.
- Lift heavier items with mechanical assistance or team lifting.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts.
- Work safely while wearing required personal protective equipment.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
